Magnolia is located on the ground floor of the hayloft of the country house “Le Giuncaie”, close to the pool and our vineyards. The house is surrounded by a fresh garden equipped with tables/sun umbrellas to eat outside.
The apartment has got a private stone paved space facing the vineyard with a sun tent, and a table with chairs. It is a three-rooms apartment, for four people, with a surface of 61 square meters. It is composed of a big living room with an angular sofa, a table and the kitchenette with a sink, a cooker, fridge with freezer and an electric oven.

It has two double bedrooms, one of them very big, and a bathroom with shower.
Magnolia has independent air control, satellite television and telephone. The house is already equipped with bed linen and towels. Just 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment you will find the Castle, the center of the estate and the winery where you can taste wines and where we also serve breakfast, under reservation, for 7,00 € per person (children under 12 years old free).
