It is a three-room apartment for four people, around 50 square metres in size. It has a large living area with an attractive fireplace, large dining table, sofa bed and kitchenette with sink, three-ring hob and hotplate, counter depth fridge with freezer and electric oven.

It has one double and one single bedroom, both overlooking the main side of the garden, and a bathroom with shower.
