The bell of the medieval tower of Castello di Querceto needed restoration, an intervention to let re-emerge its beautiful bronze.
The bell was created by the Moreni family of Castelvecchio, an ancient artisan family specialized in bell casting. Their “know-how” was made up of metallurgy knowledge mixed with artisan sensitivity and accuracy in the research for the most suitable clay.
For the occasion, this bell was part of the products exhibited by the Moreni at the Universal Exposition in Paris in 1889.
